Everything was amazing, including very friendly staff and absolutely perfect location in the middle of jackson. Location: the hotel was right by restaurants, beach and the downtown shopping area. We went out for dinner, found Opus, it was at a short distance from the property.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for a relaxing vacation. the room was luxurious, staff respectful, and Grace Bay Beach pristine. the beach bar served the best pina coladas. the views were phenomenal with unobstructed beach vistas. the property was well-maintained with attentive staff, a complimentary coffee bar, and helpful beach services. Walking to nearby restaurants was safe and convenient, and we enjoyed the lounge singer Tess.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
